Background: The personality factor can detect a person's counterproductive behavior. Certain types determine work style and the limitations weaknesses of his performance. One tool used to related is DISC model. This study aims behavioral type nurses based on application.Methods: research mixed methods. Research design begins with data collection analysis using quantitative procedures, then continues analysis. Quantitative approaches through descriptive implemented scale profile application. app helps organizations describe information, make decisions, interact team members other stakeholders.Results: Characteristics respondents at Klaten Hospital consisted 58.8% aged 20-40 41.2% 41.2%. From several respondents, it be seen that respondents' behavior dominant conscientiousness, overall scores, obtained being 38% 35%. While scores for characteristics influence stability are 17% 10%, respectively. Conclusions: Most had conscientious personalities. results came from four dimensions (dominance, influence, steadiness, conscientiousness).
